Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Peppered Rose is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some of our products, including lotions, face creams, and other body care items, may be sensitive to high temperatures during transit.

While we carefully package all orders and take reasonable measures to help protect heat-sensitive products, we cannot control temperatures during shipping or after delivery.

We encourage customers to:

  • Monitor tracking information.
  • Retrieve packages promptly after delivery.
  • Avoid leaving packages outdoors or in mailboxes for extended periods during warm weather.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The Peppered Rose is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but are happy to assist in filing a carrier claim when possible.
