Return & Refund Policy:  At The Peppered Rose, every item is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. Due to the personal-use nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our items.

This policy helps us maintain the safety, quality, and integrity of all products we offer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send an email thepepperedrose@outlook.com. and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer either:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to your original method of payment

Shipping/Lost Packages 
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with any information needed to file a claim.
